Going to the nursery and selecting all the flowers and plants for our urns and window boxes is one of my favorite things to do to ready the yard for summer. For the past several years I have done pretty much the same theme, they were beautiful, but this year I would like to do something different. I usually do shades of pink with sweet potato vine and creeping jenny. I love the box above, it still has the sweet potato vine and creeping jenny that I like so much, as well as the new color scheme I would like to see in the black window boxes against the white house this year.
We have an old long concrete table in the back yard with three urns to fill and these large urn arrangements would look beautiful!
The weather has been beautiful this week and hopefully tomorrow I will be able to make my first trip of the season to the nursery.....so looking forward to it! Have a lovely day!
