I am definitely an outdoors person and feel very fortunate to live in New York State where we get to enjoy each season to the fullest. However, you will not hear me complain about the soft winter we had this year. Spring.....is my favorite season. I love the blooming flowers and trees, with their beautiful show of color and fragrance, and the sound of the busy birds outside my window every morning. Driving through the park yesterday, I stopped and felt the excitement of spring both in nature and in my spirit.....hope, renewal, new beginnings in life.
The trees are just beginning to bud and will soon flower, some of my favorites, the redbud, magnolia, crabapple and flowering cherry. Have a wonderful spring day!
